- Main location: Oosterpark, Amsterdam (entrance Linnaeusstraat).
- Day & time: Every Saturday, 09:30–10:45.
- Special sessions: Occasional outdoor training at unique locations.
Training Approach
- Recommended: 1 group training per week for long-term consistency.
- Running offers flexibility — train on your own schedule outside the group sessions.
- Weekly training provides:
- Motivation from the trainer.
- Practical tips to apply during your own runs.
Other Locations & Options
- Currently only available at the Oosterpark group(s).
- Option to train with a personal coach.
- Open to creating new groups in other districts — contact us with ideas.
