Schedule:
  • Main location: Oosterpark, Amsterdam (entrance Linnaeusstraat).
  • Day & time: Every Saturday, 09:30–10:45.
  • Special sessions: Occasional outdoor training at unique locations.

Training Approach
  • Recommended: 1 group training per week for long-term consistency.
  • Running offers flexibility — train on your own schedule outside the group sessions.
  • Weekly training provides:
    • Motivation from the trainer.
    • Practical tips to apply during your own runs.

Other Locations & Options
  • Currently only available at the Oosterpark group(s).
  • Option to train with a personal coach.
  • Open to creating new groups in other districts — contact us with ideas.
