Running Training – All Levels Welcome
- Goal: Improve fitness, running technique, and prevent injuries.
- Structure:
- Warm-up + dynamic stretching.
- Technique drills for efficiency and injury prevention.
- Interval training for fast fitness gains (e.g., 800m fast / 400m walk).
- Strength training for core, hips, legs, and arms.
- Cooling down
