Running Training – All Levels Welcome

  • Goal: Improve fitness, running technique, and prevent injuries.
  • Structure:
    • Warm-up + dynamic stretching.
    • Technique drills for efficiency and injury prevention.
    • Interval training for fast fitness gains (e.g., 800m fast / 400m walk).
    • Strength training for core, hips, legs, and arms.
    • Cooling down


  • Extras: Periodic fitness tests & personal goal-setting (from completing a Vondelpark loop to running a (half) marathon).
  • Participants: Mix of beginners, fitness runners, and marathon/triathlon athletes.
