Training Levels
  • β˜† Powerwalk
    • Walking with light exercises (no running).
    • For elderly or those with fragile conditions.
    • Guided by professional trainer.
  • β˜… Beginners Course
    • No prior running or fitness experience needed.
    • Learn technique, injury prevention, and enjoy running.
    • Goal: Run 30–40 minutes at own pace.
  • β˜…β˜† Take it Easy
    • For comeback or novice runners with low endurance.
    • Slower pace training.
    • Goal: Run up to 25 minutes (continuation course: 25–30 minutes).
  • β˜…β˜… Intermediate
    • For runners already running 30 minutes.
    • Goal: Increase to 1 hour running and improve 10k time.
    • Level I (less intensive) and Level II (more intensive) available at some locations.
  • β˜…β˜…β˜… Advanced & Marathon
    • For experienced runners.
    • Improve technique, speed, and endurance.
    • Suitable for half and full marathon training.
  • β˜…β˜…+ Running Bootcamp
    • Combines running, intervals, and bootcamp-style exercises.
