- Walking with light exercises (no running).
- For elderly or those with fragile conditions.

- No prior running or fitness experience needed.

- Goal: Run 30β40 minutes at own pace.

β Take it Easy
- For comeback or novice runners with low endurance.
- Slower pace training.
- Goal: Run up to 25 minutes (continuation course: 25β30 minutes).

Intermediate
- For runners already running 30 minutes.
- Goal: Increase to 1 hour running and improve 10k time.
