This friendly and experienced running group has over 150 membersβfrom casual runners to dedicated athletes. We train three times a week, but everyone is welcome, whether you join regularly or occasionally.

Our members include 10K runners, ultra runners, trail enthusiasts, barefoot runners, and even pub runners! Weekday sessions focus on intervals, while Sundays are reserved for the perfect long run.
