Key Sessions
  • Sun (09:15) – Long run 10–15 km, monthly trail run, marathon build-up. (Req: 10–15 km at 9–10 km/h).
  • Mon (19:30) – Consolidation 30–60 min, technique & injury prevention. (Req: 30 min running).
  • Tue (19:30) – High-intensity intervals for performance. (Req: 15 km at ~12 km/h).
  • Wed (18:15) – Easy-paced 30 min + technique & strength. (Req: 30 min running).
  • Thu (19:30) – Intervals & drills, incl. Yasso 800 for marathon prep. (Req: 10 km at 9–10 km/h).
