Key Sessions
- Sun (09:15) β Long run 10β15 km, monthly trail run, marathon build-up. (Req: 10β15 km at 9β10 km/h).
- Mon (19:30) β Consolidation 30β60 min, technique & injury prevention. (Req: 30 min running).
- Tue (19:30) β High-intensity intervals for performance. (Req: 15 km at ~12 km/h).
- Wed (18:15) β Easy-paced 30 min + technique & strength. (Req: 30 min running).
- Thu (19:30) β Intervals & drills, incl. Yasso 800 for marathon prep. (Req: 10 km at 9β10 km/h).
